Overview

The client must read, understand and agree to all terms. By entering a transaction, the client confirms that they have done this.Payment is done through PayPal, and all prices are listed in USD.Rude, inappropriate or offensive behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in declined, refunded or cancelled commissions and / or blacklisting.Clients who attempt to commission explicit content, who initiate contact from accounts hosting explicit content, or who send reference materials that include explicit content will be blocked immediately.Usage of my art in NFTs or other cryptocurrency / blockchain / bitcoin-related transactions or projects is entirely forbidden.Breaking these terms will result in declined, refunded or cancelled commissions and / or blacklisting.

Commission-Specific Terms

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission prior to payment without explanation, and to cancel and refund commissions prior to completion without explanation.Clients maintain ownership of owned characters, while I maintain ownership of the work itself.Clients cannot sell merchandise featuring my work unless merchandising is specified as a part of the commission. Failure to follow this will result in blacklisting and cancellation of any pending transactions without refund.Using commissioned works as headers, avatars, or other means of profile decoration is permitted so long as credit (link or @) is clear and visible.

Design-Specific Terms

Credit me as the designer when applicable (ex. on reference sheets or character profile sites like Toyhouse)Do not create explicit content with designs I have created.Reselling of designs is permitted.
